The store sells products to individuals of the age of majority. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

How to order

The products are ordered online by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested for the order will not be used for the purposes of ordering or clarifying any inaccuracies in the order, unless otherwise stated. When you order via the online store you are required to become acquainted with and committed to the terms of delivery.

The payment service is operated by PayPal, through which payment options are invoice, payment, card payment and online payment.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. We will provide an estimate of future shipping costs in the shopping basket according to the primary delivery method. When you have selected the payment methods and delivery methods you have chosen the exact shipping costs. The available delivery methods depend on the content and total weight of the shopping cart. You can choose from the methods of payment that are available from the checkout, which is the most suitable option for you with the exact shipping cost.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery time to Finland varies depending on your order and delivery. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping cart has any stock out of stock and we also report possible delays to you immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays. The webshop informs about delivery times that are different on its website.

Return Policy

Exchange and Return Conditions

The customer has a 14 day transfer and return right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return applies only to unused and merchantable goods in the original packaging.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is used, we reserve the right to charge for the impairment. Returns should be emailed to info@nyyrikki.com.

    Problems with shipping and defective products

    If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to info@tiqbags.com or by post:

The notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product or detecting a defect. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately returned to the post office.

Change

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery in advance.
